Before signing up, please ensure
that you are in the business
reselling our type of product
lines. Eurobyte does not provide
end user (individuals or
business accounts) with products
as it conflicts with our
business model.
To become a dealer partner,
please fill in our dealer
application and contact a sales
representative at your nearest
branch to assist you with
registering and introducing our
product ranges.

Payment
terms |
Once your dealer application is
completed, you may request
special payment terms, your
details will then be submitted
to an accredited third party
insurance company. They will
issue a cover which will
determine the payment terms
between your company and
Eurobyte.
New accounts are required to pay
COD for the first month of
trading; thereafter terms can be
applied for.

Ordering stock |
Orders take around 20 minutes to
complete unless it’s a larger
quantity order, and provided we
have stock.
You may place the order
telephonically, place an order
on
www.euroshoponline.co.za
(must register for the service
first) or come into your nearest
branch and compile an order with
your sales representative.

Deliveries |
Deliveries are free for orders
over the value of R3000.00, for
clients that require delivery
within a 50km radius from the
specified branch.
If a specific order is below the
value of R3000.00 or is in a
further radius, the service is
still available but will be a
chargeable service.
You may also collect your order
yourself, or arrange your own
courier service.

Warranties |
All items carry a manufactures
warranty, and are specified on
our pricelist (and in some
instance the products
themselves)
Critical items: Servers,
security DVR’s and related
equipment is dealt with a higher
priority for a speedy turn
around.
Our service department is open
8am to 5pm (Mon – Fri) excl
public holidays.
