These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.eurobyte.co.za and the purchase of products from Eurobyte Technology (Pty) Ltd. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eurobyte Technology operates primarily as a technology distributor supplying IT and electronic products to resellers and business customers.

When you place an order on the Eurobyte website, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Once an order is placed:

1. An automatic order confirmation email will be sent confirming receipt of the order.
2. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
3. The order is only accepted once Eurobyte confirms product availability and order approval.

Eurobyte Technology reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order
• Limit quantities
• Correct pricing errors
• Decline orders suspected of fraud

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be processed.

All products are offered subject to availability and supplier stock.

Eurobyte Technology may:

• Change product specifications
• Discontinue products
• Substitute equivalent products where necessary

If a product cannot be supplied, the customer will be notified and offered:

• A refund, or
• An alternative product (if available).

All prices listed on www.eurobyte.co.za:

• Are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Exclude VAT unless otherwise indicated
• Exclude delivery costs

While every effort is made to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur.

If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, Eurobyte Technology will:

1. Notify the customer
2. Allow the customer to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel the order.

Eurobyte reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from obvious pricing errors or system faults.

Payment must be received before goods are dispatched unless credit terms have been approved.

Accepted payment methods include:

• PayFast secure online payment
• Bank transfer / EFT
• Approved customer credit accounts

Online card payments are processed through PayFast (Pty) Ltd, a secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

PayFast supports payments via:

• Visa
• Mastercard

Eurobyte Technology does not store credit card information on its servers.

Eurobyte Technology delivers within the Republic of South Africa only.

Typical delivery timeframe:

2 – 5 working days depending on location and stock availability.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

• courier delays
• supplier delays
• external factors beyond Eurobyte's control.

Customers must ensure that someone is available to sign for delivery during normal business hours.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage or shortages within 48 hours.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some products carry a manufacturer warranty beyond the CPA 6-month period.

These warranties are administered by the manufacturer or importer, and their policies will apply.

Eurobyte Technology acts as a distributor and does not manufacture the products sold.

Returns Due to Incorrect Purchase

Returns due to incorrect product selection or change of mind are not guaranteed and may be accepted at Eurobyte’s discretion, provided:

• The product is unused
• The product is in original packaging
• The original invoice is provided

A handling or restocking fee may apply.

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Special order items
• Products physically altered or installed
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products not returned in original packaging

• Are not redeemable for cash
• May not be combined with other promotions
• Must be used within the validity period
• Are non-transferable

Eurobyte Technology reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Eurobyte Technology will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages including:

• loss of profits
• business interruption
• loss of data
• delays caused by courier services.

Eurobyte’s total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the product purchased.

The Eurobyte website is provided "as is".

Eurobyte does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted website access
• error-free functionality
• absence of viruses or harmful software.

Users access the website at their own risk.

Eurobyte Technology processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
